The data found in Nunivaat come from Statistics Canada, the Institut de la statistique du Québec, Éco-santé Québec 2008 and various studies conducted by the Canada Research Chair on Comparative Aboriginal Condition and the Louis-Edmond-Hamelin Chair for Northern research in Social Sciences.
